This Friday 6th November 2020, the Master 2 in Financial Law has had the honor of attending a seminar on « Activism in France and in the US » given by M. Benjamin Kanovitch, Partner at Bredin Prat (Paris), and M. Joshua R. Cammaker, Partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz (NYc).
We have had the opportunity to shed light on the Economic and Regulatory Contexts of Activism, as well as to discuss Tactics of Activist Funds and Examples of Activist Campaigns.
